Sunil Kumar Pillai
Sunil Pillai is the Founder and Managing Director of iValue Group and one of the driving forces behind its rise into one of Asia’s fastest-growing strategic technology platforms. With more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity, information management, and enterprise infrastructure, Sunil founded iValue in 2008 with a simple but ambitious belief that enterprise technology needed to move beyond product transactions toward solution-led business outcomes.
What started as a six-OEM specialist business has, under his leadership, evolved into a multi-country technology platform spanning cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, AI, digital infrastructure, and managed services across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Today, iValue partners with 80+ global OEMs and serves some of the region’s most demanding enterprise and public-sector customers. Along the way, Sunil led the company through private equity investment from Creador in 2019, expansion into Southeast Asia in 2021, the acquisition of ASPL Info Services in 2023 to strengthen hybrid multi-cloud and managed services capabilities, expansion into the Middle East in 2024, and iValue’s successful listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange in 2025.
Before founding iValue, Sunil held leadership roles at Wipro subsidiary Select Technologies and Ingram Micro, where he developed deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, channel ecosystems, and solution distribution.
Known for his people-first leadership style, Sunil has built a culture grounded in trust, collaboration, continuous learning, and long-term value creation. Based in Bengaluru, he is also an active mentor and investor in emerging startups, with a strong passion for supporting entrepreneurship and the next generation of technology innovators. Outside work, he is a proud father of two daughters and believes resilience, family values, and lifelong learning are at the heart of meaningful leadership.

Krishna Raj Sharma
Krishna Raj Sharma is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a diploma in electronics and communication engineering from the Department of Technical Education, Karnataka. He has been associated with our Company since May 2008. He has several years of experience in the software solutions industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with WeP Peripherals Limited, Select Technologies Private Limited, Power Tel BOCA Limited, Global Tele-Systems Limited and Datapro Infoworld Limited.
Chief Executive Officer
Shrikant Shitole
Shrikant Manohar Shitole is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Walchand Institute of Technology. He has been associated with our Company since January 2022. He has several years of experience in various fields, including in the software and cybersecurity industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Avaya India Private Limited, Dimension Data India Limited, Siemens Limited, Cisco Systems India Private Limited, Sify Technologies Limited, FireEye Cybersecurity Private Limited, NELCO Limited and Symantec Software Solutions Private Limited.

Venkata Naga Swaroop Muvvala
Venkata Naga Swaroop Muvvala is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also participated in the ‘Private Equity and Capital Markets’ executive education programme conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He was awarded the ‘IIMB Gold Medal’ for securing first rank in the ‘Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management 2019-2021’ by the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has been associated with our Company since February 2018. He has several years of experience in the finance sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Wipro Limited, Voltas Limited and August Jewellery Private Limited.
Head – Middle East & Africa
Ravindra Kumar Sankhla
With over two decades of experience in sales & marketing, Ravindra has extensive experience in handling Information protection and Information Management solutions. He has donned multiple hats at iValue including, Sales Head for Africa Region and Regional Director, North region. Prior to iValue, he worked as Sales Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, Regional Sales Manager at F5 Networks and Business Manager and Regional Head at Select Technologies (Wipro e-peripherals).
Chief Strategy Officer
Srinivasan Sriram
Srinivasan Sriram is the ‘Chief Strategy Officer’ of our Company. He is also one of the Promoters of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mysore. He has been associated with our Company since June 2008. He has several years of experience in the information technology and software industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with WeP Peripherals Limited and Telinovation Communication India Private Limited.
Chief Technology Officer
Mitish Chitnavis
As Chief Technology Officer, Mitish will be heading the Technology Consulting and Services division. Mitish comes with a rich and diverse professional experience of 25+ years, where he is credited with building strong sales partnership, presales roles across industries and markets as well as service business. Mitish has steered the wheel of health tech companies in markets across India, Middle-East region and the US. He has held leadership roles in companies like Binary Spectrum, Obopay, Electronic Data Systems and Mphasis, managing a diverse portfolio of Cyber security, risk management, product management, product marketing, technical sales, engineering, and strategy.
Mitish is a Techno Commercial Professional, holding a bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University along with a Diploma in Computer Applications and Programming. He also procured 25+ technology and security certifications and a Certified Ethical Hacker from ECCOUNCIL. He is a recipient of Security Strategist award by Indian Express.
Chief Compliance Officer
Subodh Anchan
Subodh Anchan is the ‘Chief Compliance Officer’ of our Company. He holds a diploma in electrical engineering from Latthe Education Society’s Polytechnic, Sangli and a master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University. He has been associated with our Company since May 2008. He has several years of experience in the information technology and software industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with WeP Solutions India Limited and Texport Technologies Private Limited.
Chief Operating Officer
Nagabushana Reddy
Nagabhushana Reddy L is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He holds an MBA in Finance from Madurai Kamaraj University, a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, and a diploma in Commercial Practice from the Department of Technical Education, Karnataka. He has also completed the Senior Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Mr. Reddy has been associated with our Company since November 2008 and brings extensive experience in business operations, Business finance, working capital management, and compliance. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with WeP Peripherals Limited, VF Aravind Brands Private Limited, and Skanda Coffee Company.
