All the four of our Tech segments – Cybersecurity, Data Centre Infrastructure (DCI), Information life cycle management (ILM), and Application lifecycle management (ALM), Cloud & Others have recorded a double-digit growth. Our annuity-led business contributed 42.3% of our gross sales billed to customers, grew by 37.0% YoY further enhancing revenue visibility and business resilience.

Q2FY26 was the strongest quarter in iValue’s journey, with record revenue and profitability. We reported gross sales of ₹887.7 crore with 37.1% increase YoY. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹44.5 crore, up 44.2% YoY, led by strong execution and cost discipline. This growth comes with healthy networking capital cycle of 46 days. The performance reflects steady demand and rising share from annuity-led business. Our focus remains on ensuring scalability as we expand our digital and Hybrid multi cloud solution offerings.
