| Dorégrill is a family-run business, based near Nantes, that design and manufacture approximately 6,000 rotisserie ovens a year since 1963. The French brand employs a team of 70 people at its production site and earns 40% of its turnover from exports. Dorégrill has a particularly strong presence in the American market, where it has two branches. North Africa is another of their key export demographics. The COVID-19 crisis has put a serious strain on the food retail sector and has directly impacted suppliers to the industry. Ensuring business continuity, particularly during lockdown periods, was essential for the team at Dorégrill. Although the company’s structure was wellsuited to remote working, some technical adjustments still had to be made.With more than 3 TB of data and an annual growth of approximately 15–20%, Dorégrill’s existing backup system required daily manual changes of their disk drives, as well as a weekly backup which took place on a Friday.
