Terms and Conditions:
- The Incentive amount would be paid to partner sales representative directly (subject to approvals from the respective Partner Organization) for deal registered opportunities that close in Q4
- This SPIFF is applicable to non-AOP accounts only (Partner led accounts).
- Deal size refers to the USD TCV bookings amount net to Check Point for New Business only
- Promotion period: 1st October 2024 May – 31st December 2024
- Exclusions:
Renewal Deals
Deals that do not have a Deal Registration attached
- Eligible Partners: All Tier levels: Advance / Professional / Premier / Elite
- All eligible deals must be processed and fully invoiced by Check Point within the promotion dates.
- Check Point reserves the right to terminate the promotion upon full utilization of the allocation promotion budget
Incentives would be paid out in January 2025 (after the end of Q4, FY24)
