At iValue, we believe in providing our employees with opportunity to learn and grow within the organisation. We encourage our employees to apply for internal role changes that interest and motivate them. Any employee who has completed at least 2 appraisal cycles and is not under PIP or disciplinary action can apply for internal role change. Internal role changes are governed by iValue’s Internal Job Transfer policy and require approval from the current manager. Employees will be considered for role change only if they meet the necessary criteria for the same and successfully clear the assessment interviews.
All internal role change requests need to be applied only online through the IJP page on the iValue website to be considered for IJP. Once the online application is submitted; an HR representative will connect with you. In case you need more information on the process or positions, please feel free to talk to your HRBP.
